1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Inrolin MMC ("Inrolin", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Inrolin platform, including our website and Employer, Provider, and Employee consoles (together, the "Platform"). Inrolin acts as the data controller for information collected through the Platform.

2. Data Controller and Contact

If you believe we have not addressed your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security, which oversees personal data protection matters in Azerbaijan. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concern directly first, so please contact us before escalating.

3. Types of Information Collected

Personal data means any information about you from which you can be identified. It does not include data where your identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Information you provide to us. When you register on the Platform, complete your profile, post or respond to a Request, or contact us, you may provide:

  • Identity Data — first and last name;
  • Company Data — company name, industry, size, website, and address;
  • Contact Data — email address and phone number;
  • Account Data — username and password;
  • Usage Data — information about how you use the Platform;
  • Marketing and Communications Data — your preferences for receiving communications from us and your communication preferences;
  • Employee roster data an Employer adds — name, email, and phone number of their own employees;
  • Business verification documents a Provider uploads to activate their account, and payout bank details a Provider supplies;
  • Content Data — Requests, Proposals, messages, course materials, and support conversations.

Social media. Inrolin maintains pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. If you follow, message, or otherwise interact with us on those platforms, the platform operator may collect information about you under its own privacy policy, and we may receive limited information back — such as your public profile details or the content of messages you send us. We encourage you to review LinkedIn's, Instagram's, and Facebook's own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically (Technical Data). When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information via cookies and server logs, including your IP address, login timestamps, browser and device characteristics, operating system, and referrer URLs. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors use the Platform. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device and browser identifiers, referring and exit URLs, and usage activity through cookies. This information may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google Analytics only runs if you have not opted out through our cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy for how to manage this. You can read Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (such as race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, health information, or genetic or biometric data), nor any information about criminal convictions or offences.

4. If You Do Not Provide Certain Information

Some information is required for the Platform to function — for example, a Provider cannot be activated for bidding without required business documents, and an Employer cannot post a Request without a complete company profile. Withholding required information may prevent us from providing the corresponding part of the service.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Register and identify you as a user, and operate your account on the Platform;
  • Provide the functionalities of the Platform — Requests, Proposals, trainings, and Payouts;
  • Verify Provider eligibility to submit Proposals;
  • Understand and improve your experience using the Platform;
  • Send transactional and administrative messages, including invites, invoices, password resets, technical notices, security alerts, and Request or Proposal activity;
  • Respond to support requests and platform inquiries;
  • Communicate with you about updates or changes to the Platform;
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform, and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

6. How We Share Information

We share information with other Platform users only as necessary for the service to work — for example, an Employer's Request details and audience size are shared with Providers evaluating whether to submit a Proposal, and a Provider's verification documents are visible to an Employer reviewing that Provider's Proposal. We also share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as email delivery and file storage providers), bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and platform data for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to any records we are required to keep.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 2 above.

10. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, such as a Provider's own site or a payment or verification service. Clicking those links may let the third party collect information about you. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices — we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
