Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Inrolin MMC ("Inrolin", "we", "us") uses cookies on the Inrolin platform, available at inrolin.az. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let the website recognize your browser between requests — for example, to keep you signed in — and can also be used to remember basic preferences.
2. Cookies We Use
Inrolin currently uses only strictly necessary cookies, required for the Platform to function:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| inrolin_session | Keeps you signed in to the Employer and Provider consoles | Session, or up to 30 days with "Remember me" |
| inrolin_admin_session | Keeps a Superadmin signed in to the admin console | Session |
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
3. Session Cookies
The cookies above are session cookies: they identify you as signed in for the duration of your visit (or the "Remember me" period you choose), and are cleared when you sign out or your session expires.
4. First-Party Cookies
First-party cookies are set directly by Inrolin. Today, the only first-party cookies we set are the session cookies described above, used solely to keep you signed in — not to track browsing activity or personalize content.
5. Third-Party Cookies
We do not currently use any third-party cookies. If we add a third-party service that sets its own cookies — for example, an analytics tool — we will list it here along with how to opt out, before it goes live.
6. Purposes of Our Cookies
The cookies we use fall into these categories:
- Strictly Necessary — essential for the Platform's basic functions, such as keeping you signed in;
- Security — help us identify and prevent potential security risks.
We do not currently set any Analytics or Performance cookies. If we do in the future — for example, if we add Google Analytics — we will describe exactly what's collected and how to opt out in this section before it goes live.
7. Refusing or Deleting Cookies
Most browsers let you adjust your settings to reject cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is placed on your device — check your browser's "help", "tools", or "edit" menu for instructions. Since Inrolin's cookies are strictly necessary for signing in, blocking them will prevent you from using the Platform while signed in.
You can also delete cookies already stored on your device at any time; this won't stop the Platform from setting new ones unless you've also adjusted your browser settings as above.

We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use change. Material changes will be reflected here.
